Terms of use

These terms govern use of the Fitora CRM workspace, website, and mobile apps. Price, payment in tenge, and refunds are in the public offer: https://www.fitora.kz/en/offer. These terms are not the school’s contract with parents.

1. The service

Fitora CRM is a multi-tenant workspace for schools. The operator is CODEMASTERSPRO LLP, BIN 240140022429.

Staff sign in at https://www.fitora.kz/en/login. The school decides which employees may connect channels and reply to parents.

2. WhatsApp and Instagram

A school admin connects WhatsApp Business and professional Instagram with Facebook Login. The admin must manage the Facebook Page and the Instagram professional account they select.

Fitora shows the Pages that login manages, subscribes the chosen Page to webhooks at https://www.fitora.kz/api/v1/webhooks/meta, and lets staff read and send Instagram Direct and WhatsApp messages in Messages.

The school must follow Meta’s platform terms. The workspace must not be used for spam, fraud, or messaging people who did not contact the school, except where Meta’s own rules allow it.

3. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in the privacy policy: https://www.fitora.kz/en/privacy. Meta data deletion is requested through Facebook and confirmed at the status link Fitora returns.
